If you are buying:
- Meet with you to establish your requirements regarding location, type of property and any special requirements you may have to ensure we have a clear statement of what you want.
- Produce a detailed report on the areas being considered to include your individual requirements such as; local schools, leisure facilities and transport links.
- Provide information on current properties for sale.
- Search for and physically visit properties that meet with your requirements.
- Produce a shortlist of suitable properties.
- Submit a detailed report on the properties found.
- Arrange appointments to view the properties that appeal to you.
- Accompany you on those visits.
- Negotiate a lower price on the property you select.
- Guide you through the conveyancing process by appointing/liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and estate agents to ensure the path to completion is as smooth as possible.
- Helping or advising you on any other aspect of the process
How the fees are calculated
Registration fee £400 - This covers the initial consultation, production of the detailed brief, completion of the report of the areas being considered and information provided on current properties for sale.
(The registration fee is non-refundable) | | We will charge you 15% of the saving we make you on the asking price of the property (subject to a minimum fee of £2000). This covers arranging appointments, viewing with you, dealing with estate agents, surveyors, solicitors, dealing with any problems as they arise. | If you will be renting
As with our house purchase service we would like to meet you to establish want you want from the area and from the property.
After our meeting we will then start the process of searching areas and properties for you. We will report back to you on a mutually agreed timescale with updates and progress.
When suitable properties have been located you are then invited to look at the shortlist.
Hann Anderson Relocation Ltd will be on hand to guide you through the process until you move in.
The fees for renting
Registration fee £400 to start the search and a further fee equivalent to one months rent on signing a tenancy agreement.
