The fees if you are using the selling service
We are confident that our advice will help you to sell your home and to that end we charge a 2 tier fee dependent upon our success. We charge an initial fee of £500 + VAT (non refundable) to provide 9 weeks initial service. If you have not received a realistic offer* within 9 weeks of our first visit then there is nothing more to pay. If you have received a realistic offer then our fee is calculated as follows:
If the final offer you accept is up to £350,000 then our fee is £3000 + VAT.
If the final offer you accept is over £350,001 then or fee is £4000 + VAT.
All these fees include the initial £500 + VAT and are payable on completion of the sale of your property or 3 months from the date of acceptance of the offer whichever is soonest.
*A realistic offer is one within 15% of the asking price of the property at the time the offer is made.
If you are using our buying service
Our fees are based on how much money we save you on the asking price for the house you want to buy. In this respect we are unique, unlike most other relocation companies who charge a percentage of the purchase price of the property; our incentive is to get the price paid for the property as low as possible. | How the fees are calculated
Registration fee £300 - This covers the initial consultation, production of the detailed brief, completion of the report of the areas being considered and information provided on current properties for sale.

We will charge you 20% of the saving we make you on the asking price of the property (subject to a minimum fee of £2500). This covers arranging appointments, viewing with you, dealing with estate agents, surveyors, solicitors, dealing with any problems as they arise. | If you are renting
Registration fee £400 to start the search and a further fee equivalent to one months rent on signing a tenancy agreement.
